  • I offer VIP Support Days as well as monthly retainers depending on what you’re needs are. You may have a website that needs updated. That would be a VIP Support Day. You may want someone behind the scenes helping you with systems on a longer term basis. That would be a monthly retainer. Take a peek at our service page to learn more specific rates. Remember, these amounts mean we are solely working on your projects during that time and frees you from paying for “employee” expenses, such as insurance, holidays, equipment, and taxes.

  • You’re busy and you just want help, like…yesterday. We get it. Here’s the process:

    1. Our Free Zoom/Discovery Call to determine how we can help.

    2. We will send you a contract to sign, followed by an invoice.

    3. And you start sending us work!

  • Our initial Zoom Consultation is free. During that consultation, we will set up communication expectations (mode of communication like email, text, Whatsapp) and how often we will meet and touchbase.

  • We ensure that all client information is stored securely, either on encrypted cloud-based platforms or on password-protected devices. We limit access to client data to only those who have been authorized by you. We understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and security when working with clients, and am committed to ensuring that all client information is kept safe and secure.
